ACS setup questions was created by oliverm
Hi,
We're really struggling with getting any device showing up in ACS.
We have opened ports 80 and 443 on our firewall and directed them to the ACS server.
The remote draytek routers have the following settings in the TR-069 page;
ACS URL http://<our IP>:80/ACSServer/services/ACSServlet
ACS Username: clientnamehere
ACS Password: clientpasswordhere
CPE Client: Enabled
URL: as default
Port: 8069
Username: as default
Pass: as default
We have created a network entry in ACS with the username and password matching that of the ACS username and password at each client site (each client site having it's own network entry and username and password).
However nothing shows up.
I can't really tell from the (poorly translated instructions) whether the CPE Client section of the TR-069 page should be enabled. It refers me to section 3.2 which turns out to be how to log on the ACS server and request a license, nothing to do with client config and doesnt mention the CPE Client settings.
Any suggestions where to look? Should there be any syslog entries for ACS attempts created by the client routers?
Olly

Also, if we visit the ACS URL, taken from the draytek routers, from the client location, we are asked for a username and password. We can then enter the username and password we have entered in teh ACS for their network entry and we get this;
200 Authenticated
Which would imply that the network and logon details are correct and that the ACS server port is responding and available from the client sites.

Think we have the solution.
You appear to HAVE to enable remote management on the draytek routers via HTTPS or HTTP in order for it to show in ACS.
