Vigor5510 accepted license not really accepted was created by miro
Hello All
Im having a strange issue with our new Vigorpro5510 firewall. The FW was supplied with 1 month free trial subscription of WCF (commtouch). We have purchased a real annual license and entered it into vigorpro. License has been accepted however screen was still showing that we are on trial license and we will expire soon. 18/3 was our last day of trial period. I didnt do anything just waited because i was hoping that after the trial expires it will automaticaly switch to our newly entered license. But that wasnt the case. after trial expired, our WCF filter stopped working and when i tried to enter our license number again it came up with "license key error" message. What am i supossed to do? this WCF is crucial to our bussinness and im a bit desperate. I contacted draytek support but no reply so far
THANKS EVERYONE FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS!

I have a similar problem. Did you get this working?
