Adding USB pen drive to 2820 locks up after a couple of days was created by shabbaranks
Hi
I have tried 2 different USB pen drives fat and fat32 and after it seems to be running fine the box locks up. I have restarted the router and still it no longer sees the attached Pen drive. I am on firmware 3.3.5.1_211801 any ideas are greatfully appreciated - thanks.

Hi
Experiencing the same issue (same Firmware, v3.3.5.1 211801). A USB Drive seems to work fine for a short time, a couple of days at the most, then "No Disk Connected".

Yep, and if you check the USB disk on a PC you find that the file system has been corrupted with garbage data all over the disk.
I had the same problem and reverted to 3.3.4.1 to resolve it. Try the newly released 3.3.5.2 firmware instead.
