Draytek 2820 QoS was created by computerblues
Hi
I have a customer with multiple sites. Each site has a Draytek 2820 router.
The sites are connected to each other using Router-to-Router VPN
The customer uses VoIP (not Draytek). The VoIP server is in the main site with handsets in each remote office.
If I know the VoIP port numbers, can I implement QoS for VoIP down the VPN's?
The problem we have today is, the PC network in the main site takes up the bandwidth which affects VoIP traffic
What do you recommend?
Thanks
James

I have the same problem. Lan to Lan VPN with Panasonic PBX one end and VOIP handsets the other with traffic running via the VPN tunnel.
I have setup QOS by both IP and Service but all traffic shows as 'Others' on the stats page.
