AP800 Request Timed Out

I have a AP800 wired to a V3300V Plus, tried all types of config channges including various channels and for a while recieve continuous pings from device when connecting wireless but then start recieving "Request Timed Out" mostly in 4's. Then if I change something like the channel all continues fine for a while then the time out's reappear. Have upgraded firmware to 1.0.2 but no change.
Is anyone else experienced this and any ideas appreciated.

No fix, so set unit back.
