Does internet time setup work for other people with british summer time.
If I unclick daylight saving time I can sometimes get the right time but before long it reverts to being an hour behind.
Timezone is set to GMT London....

Works fine here, using my ISP's timer server.
Which time server are you using?

I am using uk.pool.ntp.org - I assume it is making connection ok because the time is "right" but stuck on winter time.
Surely if i tick use daylight saving and then press ok the time should reduce by an hour - but nothing seems to happen in my case.

OK. I've just tried 'uk.pool.ntp.org' here and it works as expected — GMT displayed when 'Enable Daylist Saving' is unticked, GMT+1 when it is ticked.
PS: Each time I changed either the time server address or the 'Enable Daylisght Saving' setting, I then clicked on the 'OK' button. Next, I clicked on 'Inquire Time'. For consistet results, I needed to click on 'Inquire Time' twice.

Thanks for you help - after a pressing inquire time a few times (and with daylight saving checked) it has jumped forward an hour - I'll see if it stays right.
