I have a strange issue with a 120, which seems to work perfectly in some situations, and poorly or not at all in others. The results so far are:

1. BT 21cn, Cisco 851, V120 - works perfectly
2. BT wholesale 21cn, Draytek 2820 (latest firmware on Draytek site), V120 - no connection
3. BT wholesale 21cn, Cisco 881, V120 - connects ok but performance veers wildly between excellent and very poor
4. Same line as 3, Draytek 2820 (with a new firmware I haven't seen, 3.5?), V120 - works perfectly
5. Sky (no idea what flavour), Cisco 881 (same router with same config as 3), V120 - works perfectly

I have tried the 3.2.4.4 and 3.2.6 firmware in both the STD and UK flavours and it made no difference at all. The 2 scenarios above where it doesn't work are the ones that I need V120's for, and the ones where it works are just test set-ups. It would definitely be better the other way round. Also the sites where it doesn't work are customers sites, miles away, and running production phone systems, so the opportunities to experiment just aren't there.

I would be grateful if anyone can shed any light on this.
