Hi
I have just purchased a firewall/ router and i'm unfortunatley i cannot use the web filter until the producted has been registered. I have tried a few times now to register this product but i am not recieving the activation email to confirm this. I have checked the junk email and tried registering again with different usernames but still no activation email
I have now spent a lot of money calling the premium support line with this and i'm keep getting passed back to the reseller i purchased the product from, they say registeration of the router is down to draytek not them and i agree with this.
I am not going to spend anymore money calling the premium support line, can someone please tell me how i can activate my registration so i can use the product fully??

Email to DrayTek; they run the server so if you're not getting the emails, they need to look into it.
