Polycom with 2700G was created by depump
how to forward port in v2700G for polycom HDX 7000 ?

My problem is when other site call video conference to me, it hasn't audio and sound but other site can see audio and sound from my site

polycom's techncian told me about open port , i set up follow him but it's not work

So i don't sure v2700G is open port

Can you help me , pls

Read the Polycom documentation, the incoming ports you need to open are all explained.

i'm open port follow document polycom

TCP-UDP 1718-1720
TCP 3230-3243
UDP 3230-3341
local ip 192.168.1.xxx

at menu draytek "Nat" > Open Port , it's correct ?
