Problem using call packup on Cisco SPA504G was created by dbroomfield
Hi Guys,
wondering if you can help.
from the Vigor Softphone the call pickup option *1 [ext] works fine but when I try and do this from a Cisco SPA504G handset it does not.
I suspect the phone is trying to digit map so I set the call pickup option in IP PBX to *36 (which is the Cisco option) and then removed it from the SPA phone configuration, however I am still unable to perform a call pickup

resolved...
I had an incorrect dial plan configured on the Cisco SPA handset which by default is hard coded for all *xx numbers to be a fixed 2 digit match.. added an additional dial plan entry to allow for the extension
