2820 dropping WAN connection

Hi,
We have a 2820n with F/W 3.3.5.2_232201 and every couple of weeks the WAN1 connection starts to have a lot of stability problems and goes on and off for various periods and therefore fails to WAN2. We run line tests etc with the ISP and they can't find any faults on our account or the line - it appears one we reboot the 2820 things start to work again. Has anyone else had similar issues or ideas on what might cause the issue?

check out the draytek.com website and have a look at some different modem codes. try 211801
