2830n continuous reboot was created by scrinson
Hi all,
Had the router around 4 months. Last week for no explained reason the Internet dropped out and on closer inspection I noticed that the router was continually rebooting and it is not possible to access either wired or wireless.
Router recycles around every 20secs. When factory reset is activated it is briefly possible to ping the router but still not able to access. Have tried the firmware upgrade tool and tftp client utility neither of which are able to see the router
Any help would be appreciated

Update for anyone who experiences this issue, I neglected to add the firmware update program to the exceptions in windows firewall. All working again and mainly thanks to support from Draytek which pointed out my oversight

Sorry to hear about your reboot loop problem. I too have had this and switched the Firewall off and flashed it. Lasts for a few days, maybe a week then reboot loop starts all over. I gave up on the 2830 and went back to my 2820. Wish I never bought it as its spent more time in the box than in use.
