2820n with multiple WAN IPs was created by simondo
I'm trying to ensure that a machine on the network, when accessing the internet, uses only one of the available public IPs (I have 8 available on WAN 1, and 1 on WAN 2, and it must use only one of the IPs from WAN 1). I've tried various methods of achieving this most recently putting the machine in a DMZ, and been unsuccessful with any consistency. Could somebody tell me how this should be achieved?
Thanks in advance
Simon

Hello simon,
You need to use the address mapping feature found under the NAT menu. This should allow you to bind a specific local address to an outgoing public IP address. (you need to add the available IP addresses to the WAN IP Aliasing feature first!).
