Using the Vigor 2910 VG with FW 3.2.5.1

When I configure the firewall to block access to the internet at specific times it works ok for browsing the internet, but the problem is that if the blocked PC already has a connection to MSN Messenger or Skype the connection is not close and that PC can still chat to the contact list, if they disconnect form the Messenger or Skype the block works ok and they cannot logon, so problem is only when user is already connected.

In the Firewall I configure Direction: LAN>WAN, Source IP: IP of PC to Block, Destination IP: ANY, Service Type: ANY, Fragments: Don't Care. Filter: Block Intermediately, Branch to Other Filter Set: : None, IM/P2P Filter: None.

Anyone has any ideas how to get the Firewall to work so MSN Messenger and Skype also gets block.
