Hi

I reported this problem to Draytek and so far I have been supplied with 2 beta firmware builds each progressively better than the previous one.

So far the latest one is proving hugely more reliable than the release firmware I had been running before!

I have the same issue wityh the 2820n and I'd like to confirm which beta you are using.

The beta is only for the 2830n not the 2820.

Try contacting Draytek and see if they have a beta for your model.
