Mapping external port to internal server was created by oliverm
Im trying to set up a rule to allow access to our ftp server internally from a few external users. Oddly just this like application note;

However what I dont see is a way to tell the router that traffic to port 21 goes to internal IP 192.168.1.10 on port 21
Am I missing something? Should this also have a port forwarding entry as well as the firewall rule?

Yes you need to set it up under NAT- Port Redirection
