Any Help would be appreciated.

Problems Problems until i installed the latest firware update.
Firmware Version : 3.3.6.1sb
Release Date : 1st July 2011
At First the connection would keep dropping but after installing the latest firmware update it seemed to work. (Not Fully Tested only worked for 20mins as i ran out of time).
Now after receiving the Router as my first post was pre arrival i was also guided to the setup wizard by o2, before i done the update this failed and then we used the following settings.
Draytek Router Settings
To access the internet settings configuration section, click WAN > internet access.
Click the PPPoE / PPPoA tab
Select disable and click ok.
To enter the settings for the O2 connection click the (MPoA) tab.
Draytek Router Settings:
The first option is enable or disable for this tab, select enable
Multi PVC channel: Channel 2
Encapsulation: 1483 Bridged IP LLC
VPI: 0
VCI: 101
Modulation: ADSL2+ / ADSL2+ annex M
RIP protocol: disabled
Bridge mode: disabled
WAN IP network settings: auto / static IP address, this is dependent on whether the customer has a static IP or not
Router name: Blank
Domain name: Blank
Mac address: Default MAC address.
DNS server IP: Enter manually if using a static IP.

o2 Broadband Settings for Draytek 2830n
The only way prior to the firware update to connect was to to do a factory reset.
Put the settings in again and wait for about 5 mins.
The online status would change from

HANDSHAKING
INTALSTART (Something like that)
FAIL
Now after installing the Firmware Update it connects straight away.
My Previous Firmare was 3.3.6 (April) if i remember there was very little time between the updates and i can see why now lol
Hope my experience helps others too.

Set the modulation to ADSL2+ (G.992.5) or multimode, if it doesn't sync with Annex M then maybe your line doesn't have Annex M enabled on it.
