Vigor 2850, Laptop Wont Connect was created by hybridtheory
Hi
I've setup my Vigor 2850. I can connect my iMac, iPhone and even my TV to the router over wifi. Im trying to connect my laptop, it finds the wifi network but won't connect. Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks
Baz

Just a wild stab in the dark: I visited a network running wireless with WPA2 security recently and had to upgrade the drivers on a laptop for it to play. Best regards, Neal.

Hi Neil
The driver is up to date, I never ahd a problem with it connecting to my previous router which was a BT HomeHub. Any other ideas?
Thanks
Baz

Not a Dell is it by any chance? My Dell lappy wireless advanced properties (of WLAN card/hardware in device manager) was set to a/b/g only - no n. Changed setting to n and all ok.
Just a thought...hope it helps?
