2820n - downgraded from 3.3.7 to 3.3.5.2 now can't login was created by cjmoore
Hi,
I've experienced problems with wireless connectivity since upgraded to 3.3.7 so have just downgraded back to 3.3.5.2 and now I can't login via the web interface - "The username or password you entered is incorrect."
Can anyone help as to what it's done to the admin password.
UPDATE : I can telnet in ok and the password is accepted :?
Cary.

make sure to use "admin" as the username - try changing your password through telnet using "sys passwd <password>"
Also try clearing your browser's cookies but that shouldn't be necessary if you're actually seeing that error message so it's probably the username causing that problem.
