Hi,

I just switched from BT Homehub and FTTC modem to the Vigor2750n. The features on it are really great but for some reason my upload speed is a lot lower than with the Opeanreach modem.

My upload sync is 9999 and my down sync is 39985. When I do I speedtest I get about 5mbit upload and 38mbit download, whereas with the openreach modem I get about 8.5mbit upload and 38mbit download.

Is there any reason why the upload would lower? I am using firmware 1.5.1

Customer support said they were looking in to it, but its been over a month and no solution. I have contacted them again to see what is happening.

I'm getting similar issues on a 2850n ..........

My upload seems to be magically fixed now, recent speedtest put it at 7.65mbit which seems about right, maybe a little slower but better than 5mbit which it seemed to be limited to before. Not really sure what has changed though?
