2820 connection reports advice please was created by davidlucas
Hi,
I currently have 2 x 2820 routers and experiencing speeds going up and down by a meg. I am running the latest firmware.
Speaking with my provider that want me to do certain test etc but what I'm interested in is that they are telling me I have connection thats intermittently disconnecting and reconnecting yet when I look at the vigors system up time it has been up for 72 hours.
I presume that the up time is not connection time, is there a way to get a report to show how often its loosing it adsl connection?

The system up time, is the physical hardware and not the WAN connection. You could always attach a USB stick and have the router send the syslog out to that, it should show you the WAN disconnects in there.
