Access to 192.168.1.1 with Vigor 2710n was created by alanrf
Vigor 2710n, Firmware 3.3.6.1_232201
I have no problems in accessing the internet in general, any site, any where, any time, but ...
... with FireFox and Chrome, for example, I can usually access 'Online Status' via the home page, (192.168.1.1.), with no trouble, but in the last few days the page sometimes displays with default font styles and/or only a partial display. After a few moments, (the time varies), the Vigor screen border and menu remain but the 'Online Status' page, usually refreshed dynamically, (around every 5 seconds), fails with the message
'The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
Try Again'
Clicking 'Try Again' or simply refreshing usually resolves the issue, which occurs on three different computers.
Even stranger, I cannot access 192.168.1.1 at all using IE 9.
Any ideas as to what is the problem here?

After trying various suggestions from Technical Support the solution was, in hindsight, obvious.
Perform a power cycle and everything returned to normal.
