Keyword block for certain IPs

Keyword block for certain IPs was created by ewarwoowar
Is it possible to setup keyword blocks on a certain IP address range?

I can see how to setup IP object which defines a certain IP range and then create a keyword group to assign a block to but I can't seem to assign the keyword block for a certain IP range.

The router we're using is 2820.
