When rebooting my 2820Vn I get the following, what is the 2nd url (i.e 192.168.2.1) for ???
Reboot System
Router is restarting. Please wait for around 10 seconds. After booting router, you could click the following URL
1st:http://192.168.1.1:80
2nd:http://192.168.2.1:80
to connect to router's homepage again.

Looks like you have enabled the second IP address range.
Check in the set up and disable it, if you do not need it.

This is for Multiple WAN IP routing - if you have a block of fixed IP's from your ISP. So, you can ignore it.
