Web Content Filter on 2920n Will Not Work was created by nicenswift
Hi
We have just subscribed to a year of Commtouch Web Content Filter.
It all looks activated and the time on the router is correct but.
When we select to block a category i.e. porn. it still lets us access know porn sites.
We have got this default rule set in the firewall because we set a blacklist of facebook in WCF and this blocks fine.
I am sure I am missing something does something have to downloaded and also which servers do I put in the Test and Query.
Any help greatly recvd

Hi,
Try to test that sex sites on Commtouch site link :http://www.commtouch.com/url-miscat
And confirm if they're well categorized.
