The System Uptime and WAN PPPoA Up Time differ by about 8 minutes in each 24 hour period with the System uptime running the fastest.
Is this to be expected or is it an indication of a fault?
I have a Draytek Vigor 2800g running on ADSL max synchronised at 7.168Mbps
System is Win7 x64

System uptime is how long the router has been turned on, WAN uptime is how long the line has been synced, they will always differ

Yes - understood.
WAN uptime started last week at 2 minutes less than system uptime, it is now over 2 hours less than system uptime.
The difference grew by over 6 minutes today with no break in connectivity
