User Management was created by lyagirl
Hi
I have a Vigor 2830n installed and connected to the internet in a block of flats we own. I am trying to set up 9 different users and passwords.
I have been into User Management and set to User-based. I have also been into User Profiles and set up 9 profiles with usernames and passwords. However when I now go onto a WIFI connection on my mobile it only asks for a password. Only the admin password works. What am I missing?
Help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
Have you gone to User Management>User setup and changed the mode from Rule-based to User-based? You also need to check the box "Enable this account" in each user profile and check the appropriate authentication box (probably web in your case). One issue I have found that may not affect you is the "Pop Browser Tracking Window" only appears if you are logged on as admin, not for the other accounts.
