Probably stupid question here.
We have a Draytek 2955 - which according to the draytek.co.uk site, the latest firmware is 3.3.0 - release date 24th August 2010
Browsing the Draytek.com site - that lists the latest version as 3.3.1 - release date 24th March 2012.
Firstly - is it safe to install this on a UK model, and why the difference between the sites?

Hello, from following this forum for some years, I'd say the difference between the sites, is, supposedly because the UK Support team are happy with the firmware and will answer support queries about it.
However, I do find them to be incredibly slow in updating the page, even if the firmware is good to go.
It is safe to install this on a UK model - I have put this firmware on to my 2955 with no adverse side effects.
My advice would be to make sure you take a backup file of your current settings, and save the file with a reference to the 3-3-0 firmware in the name.
Then update to the 3.3.1 firmware using the .rst (reset) file.
Reconfigure from scratch.
Regards, Neal
