2820n with 2 ADSL and 1 3G was created by el02154
Hello,
we plan to buy a 2820n for using it in our network. We have 2 ADSL connections and one 3G. I have some questions about this model and i want someone to help me:
1) Can we use simultaneously the 2 ADSL connections for load balancing nad if both of them failed then use the 3g connection (3G connection is active when both WANs fail)?
2) Does the 2820n faces the knows issue with https site such as web banking where the session is constantly broken?
Best Regards.

Any multi WAN device can present this issue. Simply use the Load Balance feature to specify all Port 443 traffic goes over WAN1, with failover to WAN2 for example. This will ensure the External WAN IP address presented to the https banking sites remains the same.
Best regards,
Neal

Yes, but when the second connection is in use on WAN2 (ethernet socket) there's no automatic switching available to the USB / 3G socket. You would need the 2830 model which treats the USB / 3G as WAN3. (see:...Can we use simultaneously the 2 ADSL connections for load balancing...el02154 wrote:
