Vigor 120 Internet LED

The Internet LED on my Vigor 120 modem doesn't illuminate. The LED isn't mentioned in the manual. I am connected to the Internet - a faulty modem?

The Internet LED on my Vigor 120 doesn't light up either. I assume this is because I'm using the modem in MPoA mode and it's not using it's own inbuilt PPP client.
