2820 WAN2 Infinity Settings was created by pg_bennett
Hi,
I've been tasked to get this working and have checked though the forum and it seems relatively simple, however as I'm on a tight time schedule I thought I'd get as much configured in advance.
I've done the following:
a) Upgraded to 3.3.7.2_232201 using Factory Reset + set up LAN/DHCP
In WAN >> General Setup
b) Disabled WAN1
c) Enabled WAN2 with a Display Name of "Infinity" (for clarity only)
d) Enabled VLAN Insertion tag with a value of 101 (I saw this on a post somewhere. is it necessary)
In WAN >> Intenet Access
e) Enabled PPPoE
f) Added my ISP (Zen) assigned username/password and left everything else as default.
Is there anything else I need to do or change that I might have missed ??
Do I need anything in WAN >> Multi-PVCs ?
Many thanks in advance
Paul

Never put a Display Name in - I know it helps you but it is used in the PPPoE and can screw things up with the ISP as they arent expecting to see your friendly name;)
Best regards,
Neal

Thanks Neal. I'll remove that.
Other than that, does it look ok ?

I would try it without this first, as I think that setting is usually applied in the 2850 model, which actually manages the line. You'll have the Openreach Modem managing the line, so you may not need this.
