Vigor 2850Vn rebooting randomly and for no apparent reasons was created by italianbloke
Hello all,
My new 2850Vn is rebooting randomly and for no apparent reasons.
It can work for a day with no issues and then reboot itself a few times in an hour, I just can't see a pattern.
I use ADSL2+, my ISP is Bethere and their router (Technicolor TG562n) works without a glitch.
I had a look at the syslog but I can't see any debug info there, not sure if the logging level can be changed.
Just wondering if any of you had or are having a similar issue and have some advice for me.
I wrote to Draytek support, they suggested to upgrade the firmware to 3.6.2 which I did but that didn't fix the problem, the router is still rebooting whenever it feels like.
Any suggestions please?
Thanks.
