L2TP with IPSec was created by roconnor04
Hi All,
Hopefully someone can help me with this.
I have setup my Dreytek 2850n for remote dial in use using L2TP with IPSec Policy but when users connect they cannot access any of the networks resources (filesshares, sql servers etc) however when i change the type of VPN to PPTP they can access everything.
Anyone got any ideas?
Much Appreciated,
Ryan

If these are windows xp machines I have found smart vpn 3.6.2 to be much better for L2TP over IPSec.
So when you're connected, I imagine you can ping/access your 2850, but no the rest of the network ? I've had this recently too with Smart VPN client 4.0.0.5 - I've got a ticket open with support at the moment.
