3900 and BT Infinity for Business was created by ian855
Is there anyone using a 3900 on BT Infinity for Business.
I have bought the 3900 to replace a 3300v that has been working on our infinity connection, however I cannot get the 3900 to connect.
Mirroring wan1 to wan4 and capturing the data using wireshark I can see that the 3900 authenticates with the BT service, gets a dynamic IP address & DNS server addresses then I see a 'PPP LCP Protocol Reject'.
At this point I cannot ping out of the 3900, it's reported as wan1 down.
Does anyone know what PPP LCP Protocol Reject exactly means?
Thanks

Yes, i have it running with BT infinity but im having issues with it doing IP mapping. not as good as my old dated juniper for that.
settings wise - WAN - PPPoE mode NAT then entered username and password set as always on, fixed ip (tho that doesnt work) and added ip alias.
didnt connect first off clear arp and all ok since
