Blocking https with url content filter was created by shabbaranks
Hi all,
Im trying to add a url block filter to our 2820 to block the likes of facebook etc. It works if the user goes to http but if they go to https then it allows them to access the site. Does anyone know a way of fixing this? Ive got the latest firmware on our device - 3.3.7.3_232201
Thanks

We had the same issue and the simple answer is you cant.
We block facebook using the IP filter but if facebook change IP then it breaks so its not a full proof solution.
