Hi
I have one AP-800 which is hardwired to a router to provide a wireless access point, this works fine. However to extend the range I want to add another AP800 and make it act as universal repeater.
I can get this connected up fine and on the second AP status page it shows it is connect to the first AP and is getting an DHCP address from the router which is hard-wired to that. Unfortunately when I connect to the second AP over WiFi I cannot get an IP address allocated by DHCP.
Why is this?
I have even tried setting the second access point to be its own DHCP server on a different range but although I am allocated an IP by it there is no internet access.
Can anyone help?
