No. I sent my config off nearly a week ago now and no response back.
I ripped them out at the weekend and put in a pfSense box which is working beautifully. Working with my supplier now to try and get these returned as they just don't work properly.
I'm sure in 18 months once all the bugs are figured out they'll be lovely turnkey boxes, but they're just too flakey and buggy now to be used IMO.

I have the exact same issue with the 2930VNs.
When 2 lines are connected the internet comes to a grinding halt. Take it down to one line and All is fine or force all traffic to one line as a load balance policy and all is fine.
With us Its got something to do with DNS looksups they just don't work when load balance mode is on and there for browsing just stops. Anything else NAT related is fine.
I logged support called with Draytek and they just have no answer for it. It would appear to be a common issue on there Dual WAN devices

Our DNS isn't done by the router so I don't think that was our problem.
They've offered two different updated firmwares for the 3900 - both apparently fixing DNS and loadbalancing issues but I saw no improvement with the first and won't be testing the second.
Cheers

Neither was ours, but it still seems to be the issue
We were forcing DNS from a SNS2011 server and also tried root hints.
We even forced the router to look at the server for DNS but no matter what we tried browsing almost stopped when load balance was enabled.
