Hi,
I've renewed the temporary license against our 2830 device (Type A), but in thehttp://myvigoreu.draytek.com control panel the license does not seem to want to activate against the device.
The button is red stating "such service is not in use"?
End and start date are both today (3rd Dec).
Clicking On button returns

Please check if the license fits with the service provider of your signature. To ensure normal operation for your router, update your signature again is recommended.
How does one "update your signature" ?

I followed the same steps as per this guide.

For future reference it wasn't anything I was doing wrong and was resolved by Draytek UK Support
