500 server error on 2850Vn was created by and235100
Hi.
Since upgrading to 3.6.3 on a 2850Vn, I have noticed that I get a 500 error when accessing the following:
WAN / Internet Access / (WAN 2) Details Page
ALT
HTTP/1.0 500 Server Error !!! Pragma: no-cache Content-type: text/html WWW-Authenticate: No handle used
500 Server Error !!!
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
This occurs in IE9 and Firefox 17.0.1.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue with 3.6.3 on a 2850Vn. I am awaiting a response from Draytek support.
TIA.
Andrew.

Hello
All 3.6.3 firmwares codes having this issue
I have tested by my self here with adsl connection and confirmed in an other thread with a vdsl user
http://www.forum.draytek.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=17573#p74467
Will be nice let me know (just for my own interest) what are they suggesting for you because I have emailed the support as well about it ...was very kind indeed but not much luck
In mean time the solution i have find out .. is from the Polish ftp with a 3.6.3 beta from here
ftp://ftp.draytek.pl/Seria_2850/Firmware/beta/
or go back to 3.6.2 or older firmwares for now as it looks is been for a while this issue and not updates on it
Also i am reading some new android upgrades to 4.1.1 causing to 3.6.3 wi-fi issues
A person in the family has updated as well to this android firmware and no problems for me with wi-fi so far so BONUS to Polish Team8) for this beta

Thank you for your reply.
I re-enabled IPv6 on the router, and now the page works as expected.
Seems a little odd seeing as IPv6 can be disabled on 3.6.2, with no adverse effects.
Why would they introduce a bug like this? Or at least, not resolve it?

Q: now that you have enabled IPv6 with you 3.6.3 firmware, do you get an IPv6 address from your ISP ?

its working fine for me but I was set the 3.6.3 RC1 firmware yesterday after experiencing the HTC ONE wifi issue.
You might want to request this firmware from Draytek
