2830n open ports/firewall problems was created by stoney321
Hi
Im trying to open ports for my cctv, email server, web server, NAS drive etc..
Ive had all this working but for some reason it stopped. I noted down all the config and reset the router to default.
Now i can even get any ports to open, the only thing that seems to work is port redirection.
If i open port with port redirection --> works
If i add to open ports -->fails
DMZ --> fails
firewall -->fails
what is going on with this router?
using firmware 3.6.3_sb
Please help

ok after going through all the settings i found that if i enable "Management Access control" (remote management), it stops the ports from opening correctly.
Hope this helps if anyone else has this problem.
Cheers
