2850 degrades over time / can't PING

Cheers again.

With QoS all disabled, ADSL performance is still cr*p and we are getting 30-40% packet loss on the LAN interface between the Watchguard and the Draytek.

2850 router #2 is configured to replace both the Zyxel ADSL router and the Watchguard so I will make sure QoS is turned off on that and give it a test.

Good Luck! Sounds like you are having a right mare!
Make sure all the DOS stuff is switched off too.
