help with 2710n message 'User Mode is off now' was created by andybard954
Hi, newbie here - I've just updated the firmware on 2710n to v3.6.3 (from v3.3.6.1) and now am unable to login as user or admin, with any combination of passwords/username, including blanks. User mode just gives the message 'User Mode is off now' which is not very helpful. . .
How do I revert to earlier firmware if I can't login? Thanks for any guidance you can give - I'm at a complete loss here.

Hi
If a normal reboot (turn off/on) will not help then try admin admin, admin blank, admin 1234
You can aslo try log in from an other browser
If this will not help you may need do master reset from the small pin hall
Latest firmware is 3.6.3.1 by now, but always loading new firmware needs master reset and use of the *rst file and do all settings back from the begin (not use prvious back up config file due to previous bugs) ... so it may be a chance for you to update your model and sort out the passwords by the way
