Is your new one a new hardware revision ? My unit sometimes hits 98% CPU load and my network isn't a enterprise network , more small business

There are no noticeable marks on the unit itself to suggest a hardware revision and the interface still shows 1.0.
I too now have the 98% CPU and the thing seems to be slowing to a crawl. We fix one problem and get another!

I know what you mean , yesterday I logged in and one of my adsl WAN lines was down , wouldn't connect and if it did would only last 7 minutes then off again , swopped the two lines around to see if problem changes from one wan to the other to point to equipment or lines from ISP , no change till today then both business adsl went but home cheap adsl for guest was fine ...
Now seems fine , could be ISP changing dslams etc for business lines
See how it is tomorrow

Hi,
Just to keep this thread updated, I have found the latest firmware a lot more stable but it hasn't given me complete confidence. The changes I have made are that the network infrastructure was upgraded to gigabit switches throughout, port mirroring has been turned off and the unit was upgraded to 1.0.6.1 firmware. I have only had to restart the unit every other week. The restart has mainly been down to VPN's being unstable rather than loss of internet connectivity (then again the internet connections haven't been unstable).
Let me know how you are doing?
Thanks
Ned
