2850n Port 4 issues was created by nutpuk
Hi all,
This is my first post and I need some help.
I have a Vigor 2850 which I've used to replace the BT infinity router and modem.
I got it up and working with no problems.
The trouble I have is with port 4.
If I plug anything into it won't communicate. e.g. plugged network printer into it and I couldn't ping it, but if I plugged it into 1-3 I could.
I need to plug a switch into it, but can't seem to get any traffic going through it.
Its marked up as 4/WAN so I guess its a duel purpose port. The port (4) has a solid green light on when anything is plugged into it.
However I can't find any options in the Draytek menus to configure it.
Can anyone help?

Just to let anyone know I figured out the answer.
As its a WAN port as well it was enabled in the WAN menu.
I disabled it and away it went...phew!!
