I wondered if someone can help me please?

I have a 2850 router and run a small business from home and my telephones are all SIP based.

Everything runs fine until my children are on holiday! At which point they think nothing of streaming video (TV shows, Films and anything else that uses a lot of bandwidth) over the internet. The net effect of which is it slows my telephones down to the point where they are stuttering so badly they become unusable....

I firstly asked them not to do it, but they keep 'forgetting'. I then tried implementing QOS, but this doesn't seem to help.....

Therefore I'm now looking for some kind of bandwidth management.

Looking at the wireless section I can see that I have 4 SSID's and that I can limit the bandwidth of each SSID. AND THIS WORKS. However, after the business has closed I have no problem with the bandwidth being used so wondered if it's possible to schedule the allocation of bandwidth. I can see there is a scheduling option but can't work out if it'll do what I need or how to set it up.

Therefore can someone help me?

Is this even the best solution or is there something better I can use?
