2820N as Wireless Access Point

2820N as Wireless Access Point was created by dgarratt
I'm thinking of getting a 2960 as my primary router which will mean that I will need a wireless access point and I was told by Draytek Sales that I could get the 2820N to do this - but no details.
I'm guessing that I need to tell it that it's just an access point and not a router somewhere - change it's ip so it does not clash with the 2960.
Can anyone provide me with a link or a summary of the steps I would need to take in order to connect the 2820N to my physical LAN and allow it to act as a Wireless Access Point ?

By disabling the WAN ports, DHCP and giving the router a unique IP which does not conflict with the existing router the 2820N works as an access point.

Login via Telnet, and give it the following command:
ip route add 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1 0 default
where 192.168.1.1 is your default gateway (i.e. your router's IP address).
ip route add 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1 0 default
where 192.168.1.1 is your default gateway (i.e. your router's IP address).

Thanks - it's working now. Of course the wifi speed is now the limiting factor instead of the broadband now. Looks like a faster AP is on the shopping list.
