I have purchased this online and registered it successfully. Apart from the confirmation email that my application was successful I was expecting some special contact details should I have a problem - after all I might not be able to get online. Also I'm supposed to be able to send them my config in case a swap out unit is needed - if so where do I send this to ?

Any help very welcome.
