Draytek vigor 3300V was created by jsutherland
Hi,
Not sure if this the correct section to post this however,
We currently have a Panasonic PABX with 2 Panasonic telephones. This is analogue and doesnt have any cards installed such as callerid so we are wanting rid of the pabx but want to keep the handsets as they were bought recently.
What we have is 2 BT Lines into the Building with called id enabled by BT.
Now I have been watching on ebay a Draytek Vigor3300V with FXS & FXO Cards installed.
Now the questions are will our current telephone handsets work with the vigor 3300v, they do have a digital display for callerid etc.
Will this work for us plus allow us to expand into VOIP as our business grows and requires extra lines?
thanks
Jamie

You say it's all analogue but it's not clear if your phones are analogue of keysystem/proprietary digital types.
The FXO ports will connect to a regular analogue lines.
The FXS ports will connect to regular analogue phones (not sure if analigue Caller Id is supported).

Hi thanks for the reply.
The phonelines are standard BT Lines.
The old system is a Panasonic KX-TEA308. - This is the system that doesn't have any cards just a basic system that was in the building when we took it over and doesn't have callerid (need to buy additional card).
The current phones are Panasonic KX-DT333 handsets, which we would like to keep using if possible.
thanks

They look like key system phone proprietary to Panasonic system so presumably won't work on an analogue lie or indeed fxs port.
