Is anyone else having issues with remote administration since the update? Upon connecting to my public IP address, I am presented with the login screen so I know that the security I have enabled to only permit administration from certain outside IP addresses works. If I enter my login details and click 'Login', the same login page is returned with empty fields. If I attempt to use incorrect details, I get a red "The username or password you entered is incorrect." warning. I can successfully log in from the LAN side so I know the credentials are correct.
Cheers,
Mike

Try disabling SSL groups and see if it works.

Management only via HTTP (no HTTPS) and telnet is enabled. I should have said that telnet to the router from outside (trusted) IP address also does not work.

I'm having the same problem - I've tried every browser under the sun. It feels like this has to be so simple, but maybe it's a genuine bug in the latest firmware. If anyone has any brainwaves I'd be very grateful...

Just installed a 2860 with version 3.7.3.
Setup remote management from the web interface while on customer site.
Got back to the office and I can not remote to the web interface, I can however telnet in to the router with the admin username and password.
Has anyone got any ideas what is happening?
Steve
