2830 - switches off when accessed wirelessly? was created by eddscott
New 2830 arrived on Friday. From the start I haven't been able to get any of our mobile devices to access the internet. They connect fine but after a few seconds drop the connection.
Now, whenever a mobile device connects to the router it shuts down.
Tried a reset and its still doing it.
RMA?

update to 3.6.4
There's a known issue with HTC handsets making the router reboot when connecting to it, it may be that?

Oh OK. My mobile is a HTC so that might be it.
I'll update the firmware and try again. Many thanks
